4. Slim in 6

It uses aerobic exercise along with light resistance training and a balanced diet for quick results. This workout does give good results as long as you stick to the regiment and work hard. It uses circuit training to help speed up your metabolism for ultimate fat burning.

5. Zumba Fitness

This popular Latin dance workout has been popular since it first came to the United States in 1999. Zumba is a fairly unconventional workout that uses Latin music to create a fun and motivating workout. The program is designed to be easy to follow, effective and enjoyable and helps you tone your body while shedding excess weight.
